Tree Permit Applications

Please see attached Tree Removal Applications. All tree removals are subject to a review process and may require a report of recommendations from a licensed Forester (credentials will be verified).  

All tree inspections and permits must be completed.and issued prior to the removal of any tree within the City of Hedwig Village.
