NOTICE OF IMPORTANT MEETING
VILLAGES' EMERGENCY HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS
THURSDAY, MAY 25, 2006
MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM
7 P.M TO 9 P.M.
Hurricane season begins June 1, 2006, with dire predictions of potential hurricanes for our area. Hedwig Village, in conjunction with the other Memorial
Villages, will conduct an emergency hurricane preparedness meeting on Thursday, May 25, 2006, beginning at 7 p.m. Our Emergency Coordinator, Chief Anthony Calagna, along with area Police Chiefs and Harris
County will make the presentation.
The City urges you to attend this important safety and planning meeting. There will be reserved time for audience questions. Thank you.
